Reginald Hardy of Reading Pa, was charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats and other offenses after police say he saw a 19-year-old boy sneaking around his apartment with his 17-year-old daughter. 38-year-old Hardy punched the 19-year-old in the face and chopped off his dreadlocks with a knife. Hardy has since apologized.
