Cecil Koger is a convicted killer who is currently serving a 33 year sentence for aggravated murder and aggravated robbery.
Kroger filled a federal lawsuit against the prison because they forcefully cut his dreads off five times. Kroger in the lawsuit stated that his faith of Rastafarianism which requires him to wear dreadlocks. According to Kroger’s lawsuit, Ohio’s prison system allowed dreadlocks for other inmates nut with him there is an issue, he also seeks to have the prison to recognize Rastafarianism as a religion.
