A 27 year-old man named Eduardo Leon is being charged with first degree residential burglary, resisting arrest and vandalism after breaking into Rihanna’s Hollywood Hills home.
Leon allegedly jumped the fence and broke into Rih Rih’s home while she was away and spent 12 hours inside. The singer’s assistant found the man inside and he was arrested.
If Leon is convicted, he could face up to 6 years in prison.
