MAN DIES AFTER BEING STABBED IN OLD CITY

Police say 33-year old Andrew Hazelton has died from his injuries after being stabbed inside the Bleu Martini at 2nd and Market streets.

Police say Hazelton was sitting at a table when an argument started and he was stabbed in the neck with an unknown object.

Police have not made any arrests yet.

 

MAN STUCK BETWEEN BUILDINGS

A man had to be rescued after being trapped between two buildings in Pittsburgh, reportedly after trying to jump from one rooftop to another to impress a woman he just met.

He’d been trapped about four hours after falling awkwardly falling.

The Apollo Theater announced that they will be holding auditions for  their iconic Amateur Night show in Philly.

Auditions are open to singers, rappers, dancers, comedians, poets and more, age five and older, who will compete for a chance to hit the Apollo stage and win the $20,000 grand prize.

Auditions will be held in Philadelphia at the Kimmel Center on Saturday, September 17.

With the state treasury running low on cash, Pennsylvania has authorized borrowing up to $2.5 billion from lottery sales and other special funds.

PA has to keep using other recourses until the new cigarette taxes, gambling license fees and next year’s income taxes start flowing to Harrisburg.
