UPDATE: Police have arrested a third person in connection with the gruesome killing of Toy Charda-Bryant. Bryant’s body was found tortured by a couple in Fairmount park. Police believe the motive was an $800 debt, according to CBS Philly.
Keith Bullock, 32, was charged for the murder of Toy Charda Bryant, 26, who was found dead Tuesday, police said Friday. Shintele Smith, 28, and Shavon Armstrong, 39, were previously charged.
