California has passed a revolutionary bill that  mandates ALL schoolchildren be vaccinated, regardless of their personal or religious beliefs, but of course, there are some medical exemptions.

The controversial law of course has to return back to the Senate, which must approve amendments for the bill. You do realize it effects the First Amendment. The Senate passed the initial bill in May with a 46 to 30 vote.

The bill also say, if a parent chooses to not vaccinate their child, the child would have to be home-schooled, participate in a multifamily private home-school or use public school independent study that’s administered by local education agencies.

According to sources the bill is to prevent  the high numbers of unvaccinated people in the state. It has been reported that growing disease such as the measles outbreak that began in Disneyland are putting more people at risk.
