Five families were left homeless after a fire broke out in Norristown, PA yesterday. The fire jumped quickly from one house to the next leaving five homes destroyed. Can you imagine?!
Thankfully everyone was able to escape without injury. Investigators say it appears a grill could have been the blame for the fire.

I know the warm weather is vastly approaching, please be careful with grilling people! Fires aren’t a joke. So I decided to give you guys a few pre-grilling season safety tips!
- Propane and charcoal BBQ grills should only be used outdoors.
- The grill should be placed well away from the home, deck railings and out from under eaves and overhanging branches.
- Keep children and pets away from the grill area.
- Keep your grill clean by removing grease or fat buildup from the grills and in trays below the grill.
- Never leave your grill unattended.
