A 10-year-old from Tyler, Pa was turned into authorities by his mother today. The 10-year-old allegedly got upset after being yelled at by an older lady who was being taken care off by his grandfather. The boy proceeded to choke her with a cane and punched her. When his grandfather came and check on her, he stated that he found her not responsive, and then contacted police.
Prosecutors said that they are charging the boy as an adult with criminal homicide in the death of 90-year-old Helen Novak.
