During their brief two year marriage, Usher and Tameka Raymond had two sons. Tameka has recently filed papers in Georgia to strip custody away from Usher. According to TMZ, Usher has completely failed to obtain her permission to bring the boys along when he travels out of state which he’s legally obligated to do.
Also, Tameka claims that Usher has failed to get her approval before hiring nannies, giving her first shot to watch the kids when he’s away for more than 8 hours, allowing her to take the kids for two weeks in the summer of 2011, and didn’t allow her to have the kids during the Christmas holidays in 2010.
Tameka also claims that Usher has cancelled her Saks 5th Avenue credit card. According to documents, Usher promised to pay $5,000 a month so Tameka can hire her own nanny. He also failed to do this and now owes $34,000 worth of payments. Tameka also claims that there’s been a change in Usher’s income and because of his sucess, she should get more in child support.
