Police have not identified the victims, but the Facebook Live stream was uploaded by a T.J. Williams around 9 p.m. on the social media site, and has over 97,000 views.

Over 200,000 toy dolls from China have been seized by U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers and Consumer Product Safety Commission investigators. The  shipments were confiscated in Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, Norfolk, Virginia, Memphis, Tennessee, Newark, New Jersey, Portland, Oregon, and Savannah, Georgia. The dolls contain high levels of phthalates, a group of banned chemical compounds.
