Philly DA Larry Krasner is suing Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro over the $26 billion dollars opioid settlement Shapiro accepted on behalf of the state. Not only is Krasner suing but other Attorney Generals including District Attorney Stephen A. Zappala Jr have also joined the suit.
