*Tiger Woods is reportedly ready to donate $3 million to Wyclef Jean’s Yele Haiti relief organization to be used specifically to send doctors and supplies to Haiti, mogul Russell Simmons told the New York Daily News.

“Tiger Woods is working on sending a mobile hospital with 50 EMTs to go set up a triage,” Simmons said Wednesday night.

“I am waiting to have the conversation [with Tiger] tomorrow morning,” added Simmons’ spokesman Marcus Harris. “I am hopeful that it is a yes. I am just asking for his heart and his hand. Just to meet the needs of the people.”

Simmons wants celebrities and hip hop artists to join the relief effort in the wake of the devastating 7.0 magnitude earthquake that struck Port-au-Prince on Tuesday, killing untold thousands and destroying the city.

Meanwhile, Greg McLaughlin of the Tiger Woods Foundation said he had not received any information from rap mogul Russell Simmons, and that his staff was evaluating “the most appropriate role” to help the Haitian people.

“Our plan is be part of the relief effort to help rebuild Haiti by supporting organizations that provide critical resources to young people, which is consistent with our mission and previous efforts regarding Hurricane Rita, Hurricane Katrina and the 2004 tsunami,” McLaughlin said in a statement.
