The listening party for Kanye West’s album in Wyoming was a great experience but, won’t be able to happen again.
Everybody had a great time… besides the ranch owners. According to the couple that rented the ranch out to Kanye, there were a ton of noise complaints. So much that they will no longer be renting the property to anyone who is considered a rapper.
The owners are saying that in the future, artists can only use their property for “daytime concerts” and they have to be artists who make “good music”.
According to the owners, Ye paid $50,000 to rent out the ranch, an amount the owner says she should have been way more.
