Actress Lupita Nyong’o is reportedly in talks to join the reboot of Charlie’s Angels which is set to release June 7, 2019.
Kristen Stewart, from Twilight, is also being sought out for the film and for a third actress, singer Janelle Monae is considered for a third placement. Charlie’s Angels started as a television show which aired from 1976 to 1981. The series was rebooted in 2000 and started Drew Barrymore, Cameron Diaz and Lucy Lui.
The late producer of the original Charlie’s Angels stated in an interview that he wanted Pam Grier and Raquel Welch as two of its stars.
This would be a great look for Working Diva, Lupita Nyong’o!
