Repo Man Shoots And Kills Man

Police says a worker was in the process of repossessing a vehicle near the intersection of 18th and Dickinson streets, when an armed man with a gun tried to stop that from happening.
The repo man then pulled out a gun and shot the victim twice, hitting him once in the chest and once in the arm. Police say a dog was also hit by gunfire.
The repo man was being questioned by police. So far there have been no arrests or charges filed.
