Nia Long is returning to television. Nia has decided to rejoin the network- agreeing to co-star in the upcoming spinoff of their hit series The Goldbergs. The 80’s-set dramedy ( drama/comedy) will feature Nia as a widowed mother of three who enrolls her children in a school led by an eccentric and quirky cast of characters.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the pilot episode shall begins next month. For those who aren’t aware, the pilot does not guarantee a show will be picked up by a network. So, for those of you looking for a bit more Nia on your TV screens now, feel free to check her out cameo on the upcoming episodes of Empire, which starts Wednesday April 22, on FOX
