Everyone’s a victim to the workout self prep conversation. “Tomorrow I’m definitely going to the gym, I’m really going to start focusing on my new year’s resolution.” Then the tomorrow comes around and you find yourself having the same conversation for the next day. Stop pushing it off and try something new to motivate yourself.
