Patti LaBelle Has A New Cookbook

With the recent success of her baked goods at Walmart, her cookbook will be filled with her favorite dessert recipes and kitchen memories–including the sweet potato pie recipe.
DessertsLaBelle: Soulful Sweets to Sing About is scheduled to be released on April 4, 2017.
She will also be honored with Gamble and Huff for the Marian Anderson Award at the Kimmel Center on November 15th.

Stevie Wonder To Perform In Philly

Stevie Wonder will perform in Philadelphia at a rally for Hillary Clinton supporters, apart of the Clinton campaign’s “Love Trumps Hate” concert series.
The Grammy Award-winning musician will perform tonight at Coda Philadelphia — located at 1712 Walnut Street in Center City — four days before Election Day. Doors open at 7 p.m.
