This year’s Soul Train Awards was definitely one to remember. Miss Erykah Badu owned the stage as she hosted the awards. Performances by Tevin Campbell, Brandy, Boyz II Men, Fantasia, Tasha Cobbs, R.Kelly and Tyrese made for one soulful evening. The Soul Cypher with Chrisette Michelle, Lalah Hathaway, K-Ci, and Eddie Levert was genius! Our very own Jill Scott was honored with the first-ever Lady of Soul award, and Babyface was awarded the 2015 Legend Award. Well deserved for both musical pioneers.
This year we sent our girl Arielle Donce’ out to the 2015 Soul Train Awards.
