Bobby Brown is going to jail.

The New Edition member has been sentenced to 55 days behind bars after pleading no contest to DUI.

In addition, Brown will be on probation for four years and must complete an 18-month alcohol education program.

He must turn himself in by March 20, but until then, he has to attend three AA meetings per week, reports TMZ.

The singer was arrested in October, and charged with both DUI and driving on a suspended license, just seven months after his previous DUI arrest.

This marks Brown’s third DUI conviction, having also been found guilty in 1996.
