Hostage standoff in Alabama ends with kidnapper dead & child safe

A 6 day hostage standoff came to an end Today when a man held up in a bunker was found dead & police recovered the 5-year-old he abducted. The child appeared to be OK emerging from the bunker. Last Tuesday, police say, Jimmy Lee Dykes boarded a DaleCounty school bus shot & killed the driver & kidnapped the 5 year old!
