2 people arrested in South Philadelphia tire slashings

Eugene Aversa, 21, & Julien Ortiz, 21, were arrested for allegedly slashing tires along the 1600 block of South 10th Street in South Philly. Police are trying to figure out if they are responsible for other acts of similar car vandalism in the city.
