“Allen revealed in a police interview that he forced the toddler to throw away her diaper and walk on her broken leg. As the baby tried to reach the garbage can, she repeatedly fell and tried to use items around her to get back up. While putting her weight on a stack of wooden chairs, the chairs fell on her causing severe head injuries. The tot died while trying to reach the garbage can to throw away her diaper.
