Police in Montgomery County have arrested a man they say broke into a woman’s home and stole her bras and panties. Kornwell Chan of Dresher, Pa. is charged with stalking, burglary, criminal trespass and related offenses. Prosecutors say Chan met the victim at the Oreland train station in mid-October, 2011. They would exchange greetings in the mornings prior to boarding the train to Philadelphia. The victim said over the following weeks, Chan began treating her with more and more familiarity. She became uncomfortable and began finding ways to avoid running into him during her morning commute. Chan was arrested Thursday after police searched his home in Dresher and found the woman’s underwear. Bail has been set at $100,000 cash. for more on this story go to 6abc.com
