Singer Eric Benet will be staring in a movie directed by Rhonda Freeman-Baraka.
The film,”Trinity Goodheart,” depicts a 12-year-old girl whose mission is to reunite her disjointed family.
Produced by Rick Eldridge’s ReelWorks Studios, the film will debut at the American Black Film Festival (ABFF) in July before receiving a limited theatrical run.
Acting is on the rise for Benet, as he also appeared on television series, “For Your Love.”
In other Eric Benet news, he’s about to get married to Prince’s ex-wife, Manuela Testolini and has been promoting his latest album, “Lost in Time.”
