The senior pastor at Victorious Life Church in Virginia and his wife were arrested earlier this week in an alleged congregation fraud scheme.

A Virginia jury convicted a former police officer of fatally shooting an unarmed Black teenager. The prosecutor said he should have used non-lethal force instead of a gun.

Police have not identified the victims, but the Facebook Live stream was uploaded by a T.J. Williams around 9 p.m. on the social media site, and has over 97,000 views.
