When news that someone is remixing national treasures like the Miles Davis catalog, we automatically get skeptical.
Even if it’s someone like Ski Beatz behind it.
Ski Beatz is working on an upcoming Miles Davis remix album that’s sanction by Miles’ estate and Sony.
We aren’t 100% sold on this, as we don’t think Miles Davis needs rappers (and we felt that way when we first heard Miles’ final album, Doo Bop, produced by Easy Mo Bee).
And it doesn’t help that “Blue In Green” (retitled “Blue And Green” here), is one of our favorite Miles cuts.
