Only in Philly will you see something this ridiculous. The drawnnnn level has gone up a notch as a video was taken of a man cruising down the street on a horse and also walking a goat on a leash. Where was the gentleman going? Where did he even find a pet goat? We can’t make these things up. Check the video out below.
