Netflix says that “When They See Us” has been the most-watched show in the U.S. since its premiere on the streaming service. The Ava DuVernay adaption of the story of five black teens wrongfully convicted of rape in New York premiered on Netflix May 31.
Netflix didn’t provide any other info about the viewership of the four-part series, but when Ava found out about the news she posted on Twitter, “faints.”
