Three handwritten wills have been found in the Detroit home of Aretha Franklin.

Two wills were dated from 2010 and a third from 2014, which gives much of her assets to family members.

The attorney over Franklin’s estate isn’t sure of the validation of the 2014 will since the four pages have words scratched out and notes in the margin.

Shortly after the “Queen of Soul’s” death, representatives for the family said that Franklin didn’t have a will, the three wills were found after a key to a locked cabinet was found, one of the wills was found under a couch cushion.

A hearing to determine if any of the wills are legal will be held on June 12th.
