Taraji P. Henson says that Jussie Smollett will make a return to ‘Empire’ despite his legal troubles.
Smollett is accused of staging a hate crime against himself in Chicago earlier this year, but the case was dropped.
Henson says writers are coming up with potential episodes for next season and no one has said that Jussie would no longer be apart of the show.
The last episode of ‘Empire’ had the lowest viewership in the history of the show.
