According to reports New Jersey could legalize weed as soon as January! The New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory and Expungement Aid Modernization act would permit adults 21 years and older to possess up to one ounce of marijuana. In addition to that, the bill would also allow a weed a delivery service, and would give licensed dispensaries the ability to open public consumption areas.
