A High School Football player, who happens to be homeless, was blocked from playing football because he does not have a physical address. Jamal Speaks is an 18-year-old senior that attends Ballou H.S in DC, and he simply wants to play football. Reportedly the Principle said, if he does not have a physical address he cannot play; recruits from Temple University were suppose to attend one of Jamals games, but he was blocked from playing. The community is up in arms.
