It looks like NFL owners have failed at their attempt to keep Collin Kaepernick quiet.
Kaepernick launched a legal argument against the NFL insisting owner conspired to keep him from playing in the league. The NFL’s countering legal document, alleged that Kaep’s accusations were baseless and without evidence, but justice is on Kaepernick’s side it seems. An arbitrator recently ruled that there was more than enough evidence to back up Kaepernick’s case and that means he and his lawyers can now take the league to trial and question them under oath. The ultimate goal is to prove NFL owners conspired and colluded to keep Kaepernick from playing.
Colin Kaepernick, a former QB for the 49ers is now a free agent, after experience controversy and backlash for his decision to kneel during the national anthem to bring attention to the murder of innocent African American’s at the hands of police officers.
