Janet Jackson will reportedly receive the Rock Star award at Black Girls Rock 2018. Fittingly, Queen Latifah will be handling hosting duties for the show, which is being taped in her hometown of Newark, N.J. this Sunday (Aug. 26).
Other phenomenal women to be honored at the award ceremony, which officially airs on Sept. 9, include Tarana Burke (Community Change Agent award), Mary J. Blige (Star Power award), Lena Waithe (Shot Caller award), Judith Jamison (Living Legend award) and Naomi Campbell (Black Girl Magic award).
