It’s an interesting world we live in when you can’t go to McDonalds on your horse and order your big mac.
Louise Carter is a british woman who decide to go to McDonalds via horse back!
When Carter arrived and waited in the drive through lane, the employee refused to serve her!
We’re told the employees told Louise:
“I can’t serve you, you are not a car.’ I never thought I’d have some jobsworth saying that. I know I’m not a vehicle.”
McDonalds released a statement in which they said:
“Our drive-thru lanes are specifically designed for roadworthy motor vehicles only and are therefore not suitable for horses. Our crew advised the customer of this policy and invited them inside the restaurant.”
Whew! Well hopefully they can accommodate horse back riders too! Equal drive through privileges for all!
