On July 16th in Washington, D.C a 10 year old girl by the name of Makiyah Wilson was shot and killed when a man shot into a group of people. As many as 50 to 70 shots were fired. Her uncle, Mike D’Angelo decided to walk from the location in D.C. where Makiyah was shot and killed to Philadelphia where he also lost a brother. In an interview with FOX 5 in D.C. he explained why he was doing the walk.

In the video above, Mike had just arrived to the African American Museum in Philadelphia. He was extremely passionate. The banging you hear in the video is from across the street at the jail as inmates looked out the window.
