BET is prepping a reboot TV series based on the 1992 film Boomerang.
Boomerang starred Eddie Murphy, Halle Berry, Martin Lawrence, Chris Rock, David Alan Grier and Robin Givens. According to BET, the reinterpretation of the movie will tackle “contemporary workplace dynamics, including the changing role of gender, office politics, relationships and the conflicts between Generation X and millennials.”
There’s no official start date, writer or producer.
