Sterling K. Brown of the show “This Is Us” is continuing to make history after his Best Actor win at the SAG Awards. This latest award makes him the first black actor to ever win in the category.
“What an honor it is to be recognized by your peers for a job well done. This room is a source of inspiration for me. I love all of you.” Brown said in his heartfelt acceptance speech.
This is a continuation of Brown’s history making year. Two weeks ago Brown became the first black actor to win a Golden Globe for Best Actor in a TV Series. Brown was the Best Actor winner over Jason Bateman, Peter Dinklage, David Harbour, and Bob Odenkirk
