Those in Bristol, Pennsylvania will lose a convenient shopping experience at a reliable store we all love, Walmart. The Walmart in Bristol, PA is closing and according to a Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification 197 workers from Walmart filed with the Pennsylvania Department of Labor.
The store located in Bristol Park will close to the public November 9 but, the pharmacy will close sooner on October 30.
“The decision to close our Bristol store is not an easy one but, as a company, we are committed to continuing our growth and investment in Pennsylvania,” the company said in a statement.
This is horrible for those working at the company who now have to find work elsewhere.
