Since joining Weight Watchers in 2010, Jennifer Hudson has lost 80 pounds and is still maintaining it! Hudson went from a size 16 to a size 6 and says “I’m very conscious of what I put in my body.”

Hudson states that she is very good about sticking to a healthy diet but, doesn’t have much time to exercise. Hudson simply watches what she eats.
