West Chester ranked number two as the most exciting places in Pennsylvania.
Downtown West Chester was nominated as the “greatest main street in America” according to the National Main Street Center. Now West Chester has been named among the 10 most exciting places in Pennsylvania by national real estate blog Movoto.
