We love all the Halloween activities that go on in Philly. Philly Speaks will be checking out a few of them coming up.

(TODAY) Slip on your detective coat and head to West Laurel Hill for their Murder Mystery Dinner on Saturday October 15th! Tickets for the event will include a cocktail party, light fare and prizes. You won’t want to miss out on this mysterious night of fun! Saturday, October 29: Monarch’s first annual Halloween Pool Party! The party of the season will be hosted at their new heated pool enclosure. Come join in the holiday fun with a $30 open bar, as well as a costume contest with a $500 grand prize! Get your pre-sale and open bar tickets here.
Throughout the month of October, Pennhurst Asylum is featuring a hospital themed walk thru attraction with many items and artifacts that were part of the original State School. Scream your way through the Dungeon of Lost Souls or travel through the Tunnel Terror a 900ft long gauntlet underneath the hospital, and of course hunt for spirits during the Ghost Hunt. October through November 5th, Terror Behind the Walls. Terror Behind the Walls, located inside the massive castle-like walls of Eastern State Penitentiary in Philadelphia, is consistently ranked among the top haunted attractions in the country. View more, here.
