An arrest has been made at the University of Missouri following several threats made online to the student body. Due to safety reasons, Hunter Parker’s identification will not be released, but he is currently in custody. The incident follows the boycott of the Mizzou football release, the resignation of U of Mizzou president, and several protest on campus provoked by racist acts and threats at the university.

Although there is low media coverage on the current incidents, students have made it their priority to increase awareness across all social media platforms. The university has released a statement that they will increase on campus security, however many students feel unsafe to report to class and their on campus housing.
