An amended lawsuit has been filed in a Georgia Superior Court alleging that her boyfriend Nick Gordon was responsible for her death by a lawyer representing Whitney Houston’s deceased daughter Bobbi Kristina, according to nbcphiladelphia.com.
The allegations claim he gave Bobbi Kristina a “toxic cocktail” and put her face down in a tub of cold water. The documents were filed in regards to the $40 million lawsuit against Gordon. The new documents were filed Friday.
“According to the amended documents, the lawyer alleges that Gordon came home on the morning of January 31 at about 6 a.m. from an all-night cocaine and alcohol bender. Gordon, according to the documents, flew into a jealous rage and accused Brown of infidelity. He then, according to the documents, gave Brown a drug cocktail that rendered her unconscious.”
No criminal charges have been filed against Gordon.
