There is a new music venue opening in Philadelphia, the Philly Fillmore, and it has just announced it’s opening act for the kick off of the grand opening, and it’s got the hometown connection according to Philly.com. Hall & Oates are set to open up the venue Oct. 1 of this year. Tickets go on sale June 4th.
This is the seventh Fillmore to open in the U.S., and is located in the former Ajax Metal Factory. It will also feature a top-floor smaller performance space dubbed the Foundry, as well as a double-level 2,500-person capacity main concert hall.
