TMZ Sports reports that Pacquiao and his fight promoters have been hit with a class action lawsuit from Stephane Vanel and Kami Rahbaran under claims that Pacquiao screwed boxing fans, gamblers and those who bought the fight on pay-per-view by not revealing his shoulder injury before taking on Floyd Mayweather, Jr.

Vanel and Rahbaran’s suit, which was filed in federal court in Nevada, is being done “on behalf of all persons who purchased tickets; purchased the pay-per-view event; or who wagered money on the event.”

In addition to Pacquiao, Vanel and Rahbaran’s are suing Pacquiao, Bob Arum, Top Rank Boxing and others for consumer fraud.
