Simple Tomato and Avocado Salad
Ingredients
- 2 medium vine ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 1 avocado, chopped
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- salt and fresh pepper
Side note if you want to take it to another level feel free to add some cooked shrimp
