A woman who has been plagued by thieves, decided to set a trap. Andrea Hutzler of Washington D.C. started leaving packages of dog poop in front of her home, after $800 worth of packages were stolen. After leaving the package in front of her house and setting up surveillance cameras, the package thief came and took the package filled with poop. Hutzler stated that she doesn’t think she will have any more problems.
