Sergeant Ryan Berk, an army combat veteran who served in Afghanistan. Was Christmas shopping when he spotted another veteran in uniform? After a brief conversation, Berk suspected the man was faking in order to get discounts and donations. Berks went on to say faking service to gain benefits is also against the law under the ‘Stolen Valor Act’. The video has gone viral with around 3-million views in just days.
